FCSI COVID-19 Announcement
Due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) with these unprecedented times we want to continue the same high-quality service, while working to keep our staff, clients and community safe. As of Monday, March 23, 2020, our main office doors will be closed, but we will still very much be open for business. We will move to all virtual interactions with clients and other agencies as needed (phone, telecommunication, etc.) You can communicate with us through email, phone, or through HIPAA compliant video chat, such as VSee. In an emergency, we will evaluate these on a case by case basis with each client, we will meet in person as necessary. We currently anticipate a timeline of April 6, 2020 for this type of operation; however, we will continue to assess the situation as it progresses and will keep you updated via email, website, social media and phone. We promise we’ll keep updates as informative as possible. If the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to cause safety concerns FCSI may request all staff to work remotely.
In case of any emergency, please call our 24-hour hotline at 719-275-2429.
